1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Sketchtoo application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

If you are allowing a minor to use the App, you (the parent or legal guardian) accept these Terms on their behalf and take responsibility for their compliance.

2. Description of Service

Sketchtoo is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to transform uploaded drawings into 3D images and animated videos. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial, family use.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at [email protected].
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Upload images containing nudity, sexual content, violence, or illegal material.
• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service.
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without written permission.
• Create or distribute hate speech or discriminatory content.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain ownership of the original drawings you upload. By uploading content, you grant Sketchtoo a limited, non-exclusive license to process and transform it for the purpose of providing the service.

Generated content: The 3D images and videos generated by the App are provided to you for personal use. Sketchtoo does not claim ownership of your generated content.

Our intellectual property: The App, its design, code, and branding are the exclusive property of Sketchtoo and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Sketchtoo offers optional paid subscription plans that unlock additional features. All subscriptions are:

• Processed through Apple App Store — payment is charged to your Apple ID.
• Auto-renewing unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Managed through your Apple ID settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions).

Refund policy: Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated results will meet your expectations. AI generation is inherently variable in quality and output.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sketchtoo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting [email protected].

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Czech courts.
