Is Sketchtoo safe for children? +

Yes, absolutely. Sketchtoo is designed with children's safety as our top priority. All AI-generated content passes through safety filters that block any inappropriate imagery. We do not collect personal data from children, and parents remain in full control of the account.

What happens to the drawings I upload? +

Uploaded images are used only to generate your 3D artwork. They are stored securely for up to 30 days after processing, then permanently deleted. We never share your drawings with third parties, and we never use them to train AI models without your explicit consent.

Is the app free to use? +

Sketchtoo offers a free tier so you can try the magic before committing. Premium plans unlock unlimited generations, more art styles, video animations, and priority processing. Subscriptions are managed through the App Store — no hidden charges.

Which devices are supported? +

Sketchtoo is available on iOS (iPhone and iPad) running iOS 16.0 or later. An Android version is currently in development — sign up to be notified when it launches.

How do I cancel my subscription? +

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.
